Privacy Policy

This is a plain-language description of what this website actually collects, where it goes, and what runs in your browser. We keep it short on purpose, and we only collect what we need to respond to you.

What the forms collect. The enquiry form on this site asks for your name, your email address, a description of your app or what is broken, and optionally a budget band and a timeline. Those five fields are the only personal data this website asks you to type.

Where a submission goes. When you submit the form, the fields above are sent to our server and forwarded to the form-delivery provider Formspree, which emails them to us. Depending on configuration a submission may instead (or also) be delivered to an internal notification webhook, or emailed via the transactional email provider Resend. If no delivery destination is configured, the submission is rejected and the form tells you to email us directly rather than silently discarding it.

Booking a call.The booking page embeds Calendly’s scheduling widget, loaded from Calendly’s own servers. Anything you enter into that widget is collected by Calendly under Calendly’s privacy policy, not by this website.

Analytics and consent.This site can run Google Analytics 4. It loads with Google Consent Mode set to denied by default — analytics, advertising, ad-personalisation and ad-user-data storage are all off until you press Accept on the consent banner. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key hlx-consent so you are not asked again. If you press Decline, or never answer, analytics storage stays denied. When analytics is not configured for a deployment, no banner appears and no analytics script loads at all.

How we use it. We use what you send us solely to reply to your enquiry and to deliver services you ask for. We do not sell your data.
